Position : Asst. Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must be prepared to work with a variety
of clients in a team atmosphere, while understanding the client's
goals, objectives and expectations.
- Liaise with the customer, senior project manager, creative director,
collaborators and other developers.
- Maintain quality standards while performing due diligence with every
project.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity
while under time constraints.
- The candidate will have excellent communication and organizational
skills, and the ability to effectively quote billable hours.
- Clear and decisive understanding of project cycles.
- Present creative and effective solutions to a variety of challenges.
- Ability to effectively action items and maintain flows in communication,
without missing deadlines.
- Work with existing project management utilities and software. Present
creative solutions to internal challenges.
- Results driven, self motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines
while working under pressure.
Required Skills
- Firsthand understanding of mainstream internet technologies and
systems.
- Expert knowledge of html, ASP and the deployment of internet based
solutions.
- Working knowledge of Javascript
- Working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basics, C++, .NET, client/server
based applications and different operating system / browser environments.
- Working knowledge of Web/Internet based software solutions and applicable
platforms.
- Working knowledge of contemporary graphic design software an asset.
- Experience in PL, PHP, JSP an asset.
- Understanding of servers including Apache, IIS 5 and 6
- Working knowledge of software/testing cycles.
- Demonstrated experience working on collaborative efforts or team
based projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility in different roles.
- Mentoring skills an asset.
- 3 to 5 years experience with post secondary education preferable.
2 years related work experience mandatory.

Locations:

Responsibilities:
- Farm accounts, develop sales funnels and channels.
- Present contemporary, business logic solutions to a wide variety
of industries and market segments.
- Develop a marketing and sales plans to capture incremental revenue
across multiple customer segments in multiple geographies.
- Establish and maintain relationships at all levels with existing
customers, driving incremental sales, leveraging sales, and presenting
additional value to our customers.
- Achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Present a clear understanding of business cycles, enterprise management,
sales and marketing initiatives as they relate to our core services.
- Prospect cold calling, and timely lead follow-up.
- Coordinate sales effort closely with Totalnet's senior management.
- Communicate clearly, displaying excellent interpersonal skills.
- Foster long-term relationships with our clients based on value,
customer service and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of mainstream internet technologies and systems
valuable.
- Seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years corporate sales
experience.
- Possess a clear understanding or familiarity of business cycles,
enterprise management, sales and marketing initiatives as they relate
to our core services.
- Expert knowledge of sales cycles, from opportunity identification
through to closure.
- Must have no fear of cold calls.
- Must have a track record of consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Must work well independently; be a self-starter, highly organized
and motivated.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated
networking abilities.
- Post secondary education in a related discipline preferable.
